Shipping and Returns

All sales are final! Returns and exchanges are not available at this time. If there is any quality issues with your order please contact me! Refunds will not be issued.

All items ship from the United States via USPS with tracking. Products are sent out within 3-5 business days and embroidered items currently ship within 3-4 weeks. If ordering from out of the country, taxes and duties may apply when your order is ready for pickup.

Atira is not responsible for lost mail or shipping to incorrect addresses. If a product gets returned, the customer must pay the shipping fee for an item to be resent. It is your responsibility as the customer to make sure all information is correct before placing an order.
