Shipping policy

All items ship from the United States via USPS with tracking. Products are sent out within 3-5 business days and embroidered items ship within 2-3 weeks. Atira is not responsible for lost mail or undeliverable items due to incorrect addresses. If a product gets returned, the customer must pay shipping fee.
